British singer-songwriter Ellie Goulding has teamed up with reggae star Tarrus Riley on Major Lazer’s upcoming album.

The song, titled Powerful, is featured on the upcoming Peace Is The Mission album. According to Riley, he has always been a fan of genre-blending, and a even bigger fan of Ellie Goulding.

Billboard describes the songs as “sweeping anthem that combines old-school R&B flavour with Major Lazer’s signature full-to-bursting, dancefloor-ready sound. Tarrus Riley’s contribution keeps Major Lazer in line with Jamaican musical roots, even if his island lilt is muffled in the production.”
